Behavioral Hack
Guests don’t want to be wrong — so give them a shortcut. Label dishes with “most ordered,” “guest favorite,” or “top pick last month.” This activates social proof — if others chose it, it must be good.

Real-World Example:
In 2017, Pret A Manger in the UK started highlighting “Most Loved” sandwich tags. Sales of those items increased by 19%, and dwell time dropped (faster decisions). Basically, peer pressure… but toasted.
