Browsing and Essential Operations
We do not use advertising partners, behavioural advertising, newsletter subscriptions, marketing pixels or visitor analytics in this website design. Our hosting and security infrastructure necessarily handles connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site. Infrastructure logs and provider retention must be distinguished from information deliberately collected through forms.
Free Assessment
The questionnaire and its results are calculated locally in your browser. We do not save your answers in a lead database, send them to analytics or require your name or email to view results. Closing or reloading the assessment clears unsent answers. An optional email request sends only the details and summary you choose to submit.
Contact Requests
If you contact us, we use your name, business email, business details, selected interests and message to respond. Required fields are marked. Please do not send sensitive personal information or guest/customer records. We do not add inquiries to a marketing list or sell them.
Processing necessary to respond to a request about our services may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General business correspondence and essential website security may rely on Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights and a necessity assessment. Legal recordkeeping may rely on Article 6(1)(c). Optional third-party features are activated only at your request.
Optional Translation
English is the original language. Free Google machine translation is available in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Simplified Chinese. Selecting a non-English language in the language menu activates Google translation after the notice in that menu. Your browser then contacts Google; page text, your IP address and connection information may be processed by Google. Form input values are marked to exclude them from translation; displayed assessment questions and results may be translated and sent to Google. Do not enable machine translation while displaying confidential information. Machine translations may contain errors; the English original controls.
See Google Privacy Policy. Select English in the language menu to disable translation and reload to end active requests. Disabling it cannot undo information already transmitted.
Recipients and International Transfers
Information necessary to operate the site or handle your correspondence may be processed by hosting and email providers. We do not share it with advertising partners. Google receives information only if you activate translation or follow its external links. Providers may operate outside the EEA; applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service. A request for the relevant provider and transfer information can be sent to our privacy contact.
Security Checks and Retention
Before submitting an inquiry, you must enter a six-digit code sent to your email. No CAPTCHA or external anti-spam service is used. Codes expire after 10 minutes, are single-use and are limited to five attempts. Our temporary verification records contain keyed hashes of the code and email, not their plain-text values. Expired records are invalid immediately and scheduled for cleanup; physical cleanup depends on WordPress scheduled tasks. Abuse-prevention counters use a keyed connection-address hash for up to 15 minutes. Verification emails necessarily pass through our email provider. Assessment answers remain in your browser unless you choose to email a summary. Contact correspondence is retained only for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and any resulting engagement, legal obligation or dispute. Ask us to delete an inquiry using the privacy contact. Retention of infrastructure logs and legally required records is separate.
Commercial requests may be reviewed for up to 90 days; silence is not acceptance and submission does not create a contract. This commercial review period does not change the statutory deadlines for privacy rights requests, normally one month under GDPR Article 12, with extensions only where lawfully applicable.
Your Rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional features without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may request proportionate verification and respond within the GDPR time limits. You may complain to the Italian Garante or your competent supervisory authority.
Security and Updates
We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access and validation appropriate to website inquiries. No online system is risk-free. We update this notice when our purposes, providers or features change. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by the preliminary assessment.
